Space to talk in confidence
When we are all so busy, it's hard to make time for ourselves. We can lose direction and feel overwhelmed with life.
Emotions and thoughts often get pushed aside causing problems which affect our health and general wellbeing.
Talking therapy is where you can share those concerns that cause you anxiety and compromise your well-being with support to make positive changes, enabling you to move forward in your life.
To provide you with a safe, relaxed and confidential space to be able to share your concerns.
Working together using an integrative approach in counselling, the sessions are led by you allowing you to make sense of your feelings.
I will support you to move forward to where you want to be.
I have spent the last ten years helping people to achieve their goals, I’m motivated and positive that by seeking support, it can help you get

I work privately with young people and adults from my therapy room in Hassocks, West Sussex.
I am listed on the National Counselling Society and National Hypnotherapy Society and on a register that has been Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. This was set up by the Government to improve standards and safety for the benefit of the public. I have a duty to work ethically and professionally within their guidelines and framework.
Please Contact me by email or telephone to arrange a 30 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and how I can support you. I offer assistance and encouragement with an empathic and non-judgemental approach; Don’t worry alone – together we can find a way forward to help you make those changes.
Everything that we discuss will remain private and confidential.
I offer Online (Using Zoom) and Telephone appointments and Face to Face sessions (Adhering to Covid Restrictions) whichever is suitable for you.
If we agree to work together we can book a mutually convenient time to meet.
We will complete a brief assessment and contract for my services. Sessions take place weekly and are reviewed after 6 weeks, as necessary. Both short and long term therapy can be discussed to suit your requirements.
Sessions last for 50 Minutes and we work together, using an integrative approach (a mixture of different therapies). Talking therapy gives you the space to explore your feelings and concerns, make changes to eliminate negative behaviours and form new positive goals
Person Centred Therapy is led by you to explore your worries which you bring to the sessions, to make sense of your feelings.
If you feel you are going round in circles with a continuing anxiety or problem, we can explore together how you might change your Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviours to achieve a different outcome, using CBT techniques (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which is a preferred choice of therapy used by the NHS. This allows you to be actively involved in your own progress.
Psychodynamic Therapy We often behave in ways that are learnt from our past; these create beliefs we may question as we get older and can give a clearer understanding of why we behave as we do in certain situations helping us to make changes.
